What is Cubed?

Cubed! is a Minecraft convention that takes place on a Minecraft server. Anyone is welcome to attend to get a taste of the convention experience including looking around booths, watching panels and taking part in games and other activities.

When is the next event?

Cubed! 2021 will take place 17th - 19th September 2021.

What platform can I join on?

Cubed! 2021 will support Minecraft: Java Edition and Minecraft: Bedrock Edition for Windows 10 and mobile devices.

What is the IP?

The event IP will be play.cubedcon.com but you won't be able to join until the event opens. For Bedrock Edition, the port is 19132

Does it cost money to attend?

We want to bring together as many people as possible to celebrate Minecraft together. To make that happen, Cubed! is a completely free event to attend but everyone still needs a ticket. You can claim your free ticket at cubedcon.com/tickets

What does having a ticket do?

When you claim a ticket, your username gets added to the event server whitelist. This means that you will be able to join the server when the event opens.

What are VIP and VIP+ Tickets?

You can donate for VIP and VIP+ Tickets that will grant you exclusive perks at the event. Find our more about what VIP and VIP+ tickets give you at cubedcon.com/tickets

Can I use my VIP Ticket for the next event?

VIP tickets are only valid for the event you got them for. If you want a VIP ticket at a future event you will have to purchase it again.

What is a booth and how do I get one?

A booth is an in-game space that allows an individual/organisation to promote themselves during the event. You can find out more and apply for a booth at cubedcon.com/booths

If your application is accepted you will then be invited to our private server to build your booth however you like.

What is a Panel?

A panel is a gathering of special members of the Minecraft community who are interviewed and share a discussion on a particular topic. Usually they will also allow the audience to ask questions.

What happens on the livestream?

The livestream is our way of broadcasting live panels. We also showcase booths, play games and keep our guests in the know of what's happening.

You can watch it over on our Twitch channel.

How do I become Staff or a Developer?

Unfortunately staff applications have closed for this year! Keep your eye on our Twitter where we will announce if they reopen.

How do I get support?

For support on the server there should always be a Staff Member online. Ask them your question and they'll help you out!

If there are no Staff online, contact us at [email protected] or in the #support channel on our Discord.
