You'll also unlock missions and achievements that grant rewards as you explore the event!

Yes! Cubed! is a global online event. As long as you have Minecraft Java or Bedrock Edition and an internet connection, you can join the fun from anywhere - no matter your timezone.

You’ll need a Minecraft Java or Bedrock Edition account, version details from your ticket email, and a stable internet connection. We’ll send full instructions closer to the event—including how to connect to the server and what to expect once you log in.

Absolutely. We have a dedicated moderation team and family-friendly rules to ensure a safe, respectful environment. All public interactions are monitored, and our event is designed with players of all ages in mind.

Don’t worry! We manage player flow to avoid this! If the server reaches capacity, you’ll be placed in a short queue, and we actively monitor player numbers to get everyone in quickly. (VIP players get to skip this queue!)

We understand things can change! If you can no longer attend, please email our support team before the event starts. While tickets are non-refundable, we may be able to transfer your ticket to someone else or apply it toward a future event, depending on the circumstances.
