Ads purchased for individual days (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) run only on that day. Bundles and the Ultra Sponsor Bundle cover the entire weekend.
Sponsorship purchases tied to specific days of Cubed! 2025 will run as follows (all times in UTC):
- Friday, 3 October 2025: 5:00 PM – Saturday, 4 October 2025: 1:00 PM;
- Saturday, 4 October 2025: 1:00 PM – Sunday, 5 October 2025: 1:00 PM;
- Sunday, 5 October 2025: 1:00 PM – Monday, 6 October 2025: 1:00 AM.
Friday had fewer players and stream views in 2024, while Sunday had the most. Pricing matches audience size: Friday is best value, Saturday is bigger, and Sunday gives you the largest reach.
In-game text ads
– We recommend using a tracked link (e.g. UTM parameters or short link) so you can monitor clicks and engagement.
Livestream video ads
– After the event, we'll share performance insights like peak viewer numbers and average watch time.

– Max 30 seconds, h.264 codec, 1920x1080p resolution, 30 fps, and high-quality audio (clear, balanced sound).
After purchasing, please email your ad content to support@cubedcon.com. Text ad copy can be sent directly via email, and for video ads a link (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer) is required to preserve file quality.
You’ll receive confirmation once we've reviewed your submission. If adjustments are needed, technical or content-based, we’ll request changes well before the event starts.
We reserve the right to request revisions or reject ads that don’t meet our specs or contain offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.
Content for sponsorships should be provided for review at least 7 days prior to the events live dates. This ensures your content is checked, approved, and scheduled without delays. Late submissions may not be guaranteed placement.
