Welcome to Cubed 2025 (“CubedCon”, “Cubed Events Limited“, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, including the Cubed 2025 event, VIP packages, and any related digital content or benefits (together, the “Services”). By purchasing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

A. Purchases & Payments

1. Payment Processing
   • All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (such as Stripe).
   • By making a purchase, you authorise us (and our third-party processors) to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of your order.
2. VIP Packages & Access
   • VIP packages provide access to digital benefits (such as server perks, exclusive content, and special event access).
   • Delivery of these benefits is digital and takes effect immediately upon purchase.
3. Early-Bird VIP Pricing
   • We may offer promotional “early-bird” pricing on our VIP packages.
   • Early-bird pricing is available for purchases completed until 1 September 2025.
   • After this date, VIP packages will automatically be charged at the applicable standard price.
   • To secure early-bird pricing, you must complete your purchase before the expiry date.

B. Refunds & Cancellations

1. Digital Products and Statutory Rights
   • Under UK consumer law, digital products normally include a 14-day cooling-off period. However, because VIP packages and digital benefits are delivered immediately after purchase, by completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate access and agree to waive your right to cancel under the cooling-off period.
2. No Refunds Policy
   • Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
   • Cancellations by you will not entitle you to a refund or credit.
   • This policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or mis-described digital content.
3. Event Changes or Cancellation
   • If Cubed 2025 is cancelled or materially altered, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a refund, credit, or alternative access.

C. Acceptable Use

1. You agree not to misuse the Services, including (but not limited to):
   • Attempting to disrupt or hack servers,
   • Sharing VIP access or benefits outside of permitted use,
   • Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour within the event platform.

D. Licensing & Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual property relating to Cubed 2025, including digital assets, branding, and event materials, remain the property of Cubed Events Limited or its licensors.
2. Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence to access the digital benefits included in your package.

E. Limitation of Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubed Events Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for your VIP package or Services.

F. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
