CODE OF CONDUCT

At Cubed!, the safety and well-being of our visitors are our top priorities. We understand that many of our attendees are younger players, and we're committed to creating a family friendly environment. To ensure everyone has a positive experience, we ask all participants to follow these guidelines.

Treat people how you'd want to be treated. Any bullying, harassment, or form of discrimination is not tolerated at Cubed!

Keep It Friendly

Cubed! brings together all kinds of people from different backgrounds, so please keep your chat, username and interactions family friendly. Inappropriate language is not allowed.

Stay Safe

Don't share personal information like your full name, address, or phone number. This goes both ways: never ask another player for their personal details, and never try to move a conversation with a younger player into private channels off our official spaces.

Adults and Younger Players

Many of our players are children. Adults must not contact, message, or befriend younger players in private. If you are an adult and a younger player reaches out to you privately, please do not engage and let a staff member know.

Play Fair

Don't cheat by modifying your client or using other tools. If you find any exploits, let us know, and don't abuse them to give yourself an advantage.

Listen to Volunteers

Our volunteers are here to keep the event safe and enjoyable for everyone. Please listen to them in chat and treat them with respect.

Reporting an Issue

If you want to report any violations of this code of conduct to us, there are several available methods.

Our moderation team will determine whether any action needs to be taken, which may include a verbal warning, a mute, or a temporary or permanent ban. Serious violations will result in immediate removal from the event and our community spaces, as well as a ban from attending any future Cubed! event.

Cubed! reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect attendees, and moderation decisions are final.

Safeguarding

The safety of younger players comes first. Any concern involving the welfare of a child, including grooming, abuse, or threats of harm, will be taken seriously and escalated to the appropriate authorities where necessary.
